Professionally, I’m a coach and mentor to young adults. After graduating from Virginia Tech in finance, I enjoyed a ten-year career with Northwestern Mutual, where I began as an intern and ended as a Managing Director.
During this time, I realized I had a greater call to help my generation rather than to help people with their money. Looking for a place to accomplish this aim, I ended up at a major university where I built a professional development program and studied human development. However, it became clear while in graduate school, my work was going to require a highly innovative platform that could adapt to the rapidly changing social and economic landscape to prepare students for the 21st century.
Over the last decade, I have helped 500+ young adults negotiate important life decisions through mentoring and coaching.
